Opps!

seems like Imagemagik (convert) is not installed on the server, or the settings in "localsettings.php" arent right. so the mediawiki cant create thumbnails.
or convert is installed and the problem is this one: 
The upload directory (/home/groups/m/mo/moto4lin/htdocs/w/images) is not writable by the webserver.
