You have to install cdc_acm support from the kernel(sudo modprobe cdc_acm). Once you've done that you connect your phone through the USB and you can see from /var/log/messages something like this:

Jul 19 00:51:25 localhost kernel: usb 1-1.1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 6
Jul 19 00:51:25 localhost kernel: usb 1-1.1: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
Jul 19 00:51:25 localhost kernel: cdc_acm 1-1.1:1.0: ttyACM0: USB ACM device
Jul 19 00:51:25 localhost kernel: usbcore: registered new driver cdc_acm
Jul 19 00:51:25 localhost kernel: drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.c: v0.25:USB Abstract Control Model driver for USB modems and ISDN adapters

The line you are interested is the one that identifies the usb device, which is /dev/ttyACM0.

You run moto4lin and in the preferences (Connection), you edit your ACM device in /dev/tty/ACM0 in P2K Vendor ID: 22b8 and in P2K Product ID: 4901. You can update these values by clicking in the Update List, selecting your motorola device and setting it as p2k device.

Device /dev/ttyACM0
AT Vendor ID 22b8
AT Product ID 4902
P2K Vendor ID 22b8
P2K Product ID 4901

Once you are done just hit the connection button and will appear:

"[info] Phone pluged as P2K"

Then press "Update List" and you will can see the folders.

A log follows from moto4lin when connecting the phone and update the folders:
